It celebrates occasions of inventions in the modern world and hosts a brilliant uncirculated Isle of Man one crown coin and Royal Mail stamps. Coin depicts Lazlo Biro, the inventor of the Biro pen. FDC hand signed by Anabella Weir, a Scottish comedian, actor and writer. Cancelled postmark Occasions 2004 Babel Llandovery 3rd February2004.
