This 1997 The Supermarine Spitfire crown coin cover is a Benham signed first day cover. It celebrates the Spitfire and it's designer RJ Mitchell and hosts a brilliant uncirculated Isle of Man 1 crown coin and Royal Mail stamps. Cover is hand signed by JE Johnnie Johnson and was carried on a Spitfire deatils on the cover. Cancelled postmark Royal air Force Coningsby 3rd March 1997.

The commemorative cover is pre-owned, comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and enjoys a limited issue of 3,500.
