It celebrates the total solar eclipse in Britain and hosts a brilliant uncirculated Alderney two pounds coin and Royal Mail stamps. FDC signed by Sir Bernard Lovell, a Radio astronomer. Cancelled postmark Total Solar Eclipse Falmouth 11th August 1999.
