It celebrates the total eclipse of the sun in the British Isles and hosts a brilliant uncirculated Alderney five pounds coin and Royal Mail stamps. FDC hand signed by Sir Francis Graham-Smith, a radio astronomer. Cancelled postmark Total Solar Eclipse Falmouth 11th August 1999.
