The Benham FDC hosts a Marconi 1 crown coin and the PNC cover is signed by Charles Wheeler, a British broadcaster and journalist. Cancelled postmark Guglielmo Marconi Poldhu Point Helston 15-10-2001 and Canada Post St John's NF 12-12-2001.

The first day cover is a limited edition of 4,000.

The commemorative FDC cover is pre-owned and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
