It commemorates the centenary of death of Queen Victoria and hosts a brilliant uncirculated 1 crown coin and Royal Mail stamps. The cover is hand signed by Sir Antony Sher. Cancelled postmark 1901 - 2001 Queen Victoria East Cowes Isle of Wight 29th January 2001.
