This 2011 Welcome to Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2 pounds coin cover is issued by Benham as UK PNC. FDC hand signed by Hazel Irvine. It hosts a brilliant uncirculated two pounds coin by the Royal Mint and Royal Mail stamps. Postmark cancelled dated 17th July 2011.
