Privacy Policy
Shipping
All orders received before 12 Noon on weekdays will be dispatched out on the same day. Orders on Friday after 12 Noon and weekends will be posted out on Monday. There will be no dispatches on orders received on Bank Holidays and any statutory national holidays. They will be sent out on the nearest available working day. Please note that these simple rules also apply to any "Special Next Day Delivery" postage options that you may have chosen.
It is strongly recommended that you consider using the Royal Mail Signed-For postage option as this will enable you to track your parcel in transit and is a more secure method, giving you peace of mind. There are no means available to us to trace your parcel should it be delayed or lost if you have chosen the standard Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class postage options.
All international parcels to Europe and worldwide will go out using the Royal Mail Signed-For postage option which affords a tracking number as well. We do not offer the standard non secure postage option.
Returns
If you are looking to return an item, we are happy to help. Returns are accepted with 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us and we will give you guidance on the returns process. It will be hassle free. You, the buyer would be responsible for the returns postage cost. Refunds will be made once the item is in our possession.
Terms and Conditions
We strive hard to keep things simple. There is no small print to catch you out. All listings are presented with the actual item being sold. This gives you the confidence to assess the quality of the product as all photographs are taken in-house. We are always happy to help answer queries or help resolve any issues you may face. Payments
We only take secure Paypal payments. Options to pay by Bank Transfer, Cheques or Cash are not available.
Order Collection
We do not offer a 'Click and Collect" service or a viewing service.
