This 2004 Scottish Parliament 1 shilling coin cover is a Benham first day cover. It celebrates the new Scottish parliament at Holyrood and hosts a 1966 one shilling coin, last shilling ever struck for circulation in Scotland. FDC hand signed by Rt.Hon. The Lord Fraser of Carmyllie QC. Cancelled postmark New Scottish Parliament Building Edinburgh 5th October 2004.
