This 2001 Submarines at War WWII 1 dollar coin cover is a Benham first day cover. It commemorates the submarines at war during WWII in West Africa and hosts a brilliant uncirculated Liberia one dollar coin and Royal Mail stamps showing many classes of submarines. Cancelled postmark The Royal Navy Submarine Service Barrow-In-Furness 10th April 2001.

The Benham cover is pre-owned, comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and enjoys a limited edition of 4000. Note the very low issue number of this particular cover. No.403.
