This 1999 Rugby World Cup 2 pounds coin cover is a Benham first day cover. It commemorates the 4th Rugby World Cup held in Wales and hosts a two pounds coin from the Royal Mint and Royal Mail commemorative stamps. FDC hand signed by JPR Williams, a rugby union footballer who represented Wales. Cancelled postmark Rugby 1999 Cardiff 1st October 1999.

The Benham cover is pre-owned, comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and enjoys a limited issue of 4000.
