Our international clients are growing and a frequently asked question is about additional fees that may arise. Here is a summary of what to expect for our customers based in the European Union and the rest of the world.

There are 3 types of fees that may occur. These are a) Local taxes, b) Custom & Excise fees and c) Handling charges. As each country within Europe and across the world has there own policy and regulations, you would have to check your local Customs and Excise for that information.

All our parcels sent outside UK, use the Royal Mail Signed-For delivery option with provides you a tracking number for the parcel and we get to see a signature to confirm receipt of parcel.
